Ingredients

  • 2 skin-on salmon fillets
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • A handful of fresh dill
  • Sea salt & black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Detailed Instructions

1. Wipe the surface of salmon fillets dry, season both sides with a little salt and black pepper for preliminary flavoring.
2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan, put the salmon skin-side down, fry on medium heat until the skin is crispy and golden, then flip it over and fry for 2-3 minutes until the flesh is fully cooked and tender.
3. Take out the salmon and let it stand for 3 minutes. Use your premium FINTISO VG10 Damascus Kiritsuke Knife to trim the uneven edges of the salmon fillet and divide it into standard portion sizes. The ultra-sharp VG10 steel core glides through flaky fish meat smoothly without crushing or breaking the tender fish flesh.
4. Slice lemon into thin circles with the same knife, garnish with fresh dill on the surface of salmon to serve.

Knife Performance Summary

67-layer Damascus forged steel has excellent edge retention, which can maintain long-term sharpness and is very suitable for delicate seafood cutting. The unique swirling Damascus grain has high collection and ornamental value, making ordinary home cooking have high-end restaurant-grade presentation.
